Fuddy duddy moi

I signed up for a cooking class (finally) and everytime I think about it, I get excited. Then I get nervous. Then I get sad 'cause I realize I haven't done anything new in a really, really, REALLY long time. I'm afraid I'm turning into a wimp. When I think about it, a typical day for me would include the following:

Waking up late.
Going to work.
Going to Shopwise/Going to 77.
Going home.
Playing Warcraft (yeah, I know).
Watching Buffy.
Sleeping late.

S.S.E.F.D.

I hate the feeling that you're not learning anything new or even meeting new people. It makes me feel old. And, c'mon, I'm not naman OLD old.

Anyway, the class sounds pretty cool. It's called the Italian Pizza workshop and the chef teaching is from Amici :) Here's hoping this'll break the monotony and stop me from a full-on head-first dive into a bottomless rut of hopelessness and self-loathing. But FIRST, I need to buy an apron. :)

Can't wait for Thursday! Matteo's first trip to the beach with us. Yay!
